Celebrate Bastille Day At Diggers
We have the French to thank for a lot of brilliant things: some of the world’s greatest wine, most delicious cheese, croissants and sweet treats!
Miranda Diggers in collaboration with FASS (Francophone Association of Southern Sydney) invites you to join us in celebrating Bastille Day on Thursday, 14 July.
It's the perfect excuse to whack on a beret, pop open a bottle of Champagne and celebrate all things French!
For $75pp guests will enjoy a 4 course tasting menu + live entertainment. Dishes include oven baked John Dory with prawns and buttered greens, beef fillet with rosemary potatoes and a delicious tasting plate for dessert.

AMUSE BOUCHE
Beetroot-stained smoked salmon carpaccio, prawn with a shaved fennel salad with aioli & white truffle oil.
ENTREE
Oven baked John Dory, prawns, sauce soubise & buttered greens.
MAIN
Beef filled with rosemary potatoes, roasted garlic mushroom, seared asparagus, jus & béarnaise sauce.
DESSERT
Individual tasting plate.
